DHWC Celebrates 80 Years of Ministry
In 2018, Debra Heights Wesleyan Church is celebrating 80 years of ministry to the Des Moines community.

On January 9, 1938, the Rev. Edward Boone and his family, along with a group of faithful saints new and old, held the first services of First Pilgrim Church of Des Moines. For eight decades, the church that is now Debra Heights Wesleyan Church has endeavored to share the hope and holiness of Jesus with the people of Des Moines.
